The best place to discover who God is, is in His word. He shares so much with us about Himself. He shares His character, how He loves, how He guides and more. Every word within the Bible is about Him we just have to read it to discover Him.
Think of this like going on a coffee date with a new friend. Write down a few questions then ask Him. Ask God to share with you more about His character.
The more we explore His character the more we can build a relationship with Him and let me tell you something. That is the goal of the life. That is the point of life. Loving God starts with knowing Him then growing with Him.
